Bulgaria ranks 3rd in the EU in plastic recycling

Bulgaria has one of the highest levels in the EU of recycling plastic packaging waste. This is according to the latest Eurostat report. 

According to the report, Bulgaria ranks third in the EU in 2018 with 59.2%, ahead of only Lithuania (69.3%) and Slovenia (60.4%).
