Association Equine Assisted Therapy and ParaKids are the big winners in the tenth anniversary edition of Game Changers!

Two initiatives are the big winners in the tenth anniversary edition of Nova Broadcasting Group's biggest socially responsible initiative Game Changers, which is implemented in partnership with Reach for Change Bulgaria. Association Equine Assisted Therapy and ParaKids are the social entrepreneurs who won the trust of the children and adults’ jury, sharing the first place and the grand prize of BGN 50 000. With it, they plan to expand their organization’s activities and help more children and young people in Bulgaria.

The founder of the Association Equine Assisted Therapy Veselina Feldman combines psychotherapy and physiotherapy with the help of horses for children with a wide range of disabilities. Daniela Sadikova and Boyana Kotseva created ParaKids with the aim of making sport accessible to children with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities.

The runners-up were Ole Male, an online platform that brings together products made by mothers of children with special needs, and Knigovishte, an online platform for developing functional literacy through play. They will benefit from an advertising package worth BGN 30 000 in Nova Broadcasting Group’s channels.

Impressed by the social entrepreneurs in this year's anniversary edition, both the children's and adult juries decided to give two more awards. The organisation "Single Step", which helps young people with different sexual orientation and gender identity to develop their potential and lead a full and dignified life, and the first personalised web-based electronic diary for parents in Bulgarian "Mom and Dad's Diary" also received an advertising package worth BGN 10 000 in Nova Broadcasting Group’s channels.
