Vivacom is the only Bulgarian company in the prestigious list for fourth year in a row

The World Teleport Association has ranked Vivacom, part of the United Group, among the top 10 fastest growing operators worldwide providing satellite services to business clients. The international ranking is based on satellite revenue growth for business clients. Vivacom is the only Bulgarian company in the prestigious list for fourth year in a row.

The outstanding achievement is the result of Vivacom's targeted investment strategy in high-quality services, technology and infrastructure, supported by United Group in the region. By 2026, the group's total investment in Bulgaria will reach BGN 4.8 billion.

"It is a huge recognition for us to be once again among top 10 fastest growing companies for satellite services and thus for the fourth consecutive year. This is proof that the constant investment in innovations and high quality services, as well as the unmatched expertise of our team on the Bulgarian and international market are the right formula for this continued success," said Victoriya Boklag, CEO of United Group.

Some of the biggest business clients of satellite services are: Disney, Eutelsat, Viacom, National Geographic Channel, Viasat, Endurosat, Leaf Space along with many other content providers, telecoms and satellite operators.

Only a month ago, Vivacom and Eutelsat Group announced the commercial launch of a ground station for satellite communications in the village of Mogila, Stara Zagora. The facility is the fourth of its kind in Europe and one of 35 worldwide to enable advanced communications services via low-orbit satellites.

Part of the ground infrastructure of Vivacom is also Plana satellite station, which is among the most modern facilities for business customers worldwide and has the highest possible degree of certification in the field of satellite services - Tier 4.

Through its ground stations, Vivacom broadcasts over 600 TV channels that reach millions of households in Europe, Africa, South America and Asia, and provides connectivity to hard-to-reach places among which Antarctica.
