The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned bulgarians of the risk of new floods between Tibet and Nepal

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns that secondary flooding is possible in the border region between Tibet and Nepal in the coming days. There is a risk of a breach in the artificial lake formed following the landslide in the mountainous region on August 26, as well as a renewed release of large volumes of water and heavy rainfall.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends that Bulgarian citizens, whether traveling independently or as part of an organized group, strictly follow the instructions of local authorities and refrain from traveling near the affected areas.
