Bulgaria’s presidential election preparations enter final stage
Preparations for the presidential election in Bulgaria are entering their final stage.
On the same day, the Central Election Commission (CEC) registered the presidential tickets of Iliana Iotova and Andrey Gyurov, while the registration deadline expires tomorrow. Iotova was not present at the registration because she is travelling to New York to attend the UN summit.
The ballot numbers will be drawn on September 23, while the official election campaign begins on September 25.
