Yellow alert for high seas along the entire Black sea coast on Sunday

A yellow alert for high seas has been issued for the entire Black Sea coast on Sunday, September 27. Sea conditions will be 3–4 on the Beaufort scale, and the northeast wind will be moderate and temporarily strong.

Sunny weather will prevail over most of the country, with cumulus clouds developing after noon. More significant cloud cover will linger over the eastern and mountainous regions, where scattered showers are expected in some areas. More precipitation is expected in the extreme southeastern regions.

Winds will be moderate from the northeast, temporarily strengthening in the eastern regions and in some parts of the far southern regions. Highs will range between 18 and 23 degrees, and in Sofia—around 19 degrees.

It will be mostly cloudy over the mountains. Light rain will fall in isolated areas of the mountain ranges in the western half of the country, while in the Strandzha Mountains, precipitation will be more widespread and heavier. A moderate, at times strong, wind will blow from the east-northeast, especially in the Eastern Stara Planina, the Eastern Rhodopes, and the Strandzha Mountains. The maximum temperature at 1,200 meters will be around 11 degrees, and at 2,000 meters—around 4 degrees.

Cloudy weather will prevail along the Black Sea coast, with rain showers in some areas. Heavier rainfall is expected in the southernmost parts of the coast. Maximum temperatures will range between 21 and 23 degrees, which is also the sea water temperature.
