The committee was set up at a National Assembly meeting on Thursday

Bulgaria’s National Assembly established an ad hoc committee to monitor all state spending related to COVID-19 situation in the country.

The all-party committee nas 10 members and will remain in office until the end of the anti-epidemic measures. It will produce a report.

The MPs decided Yordan Tsonev of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms to head the committee.
