Bulgaria's Parliament approved the resignation of Plamen Nikolov as candidate for Prime Minister. 

The first vote was unsuccessful as the MPs from "There Is Such a People" party left the plenary hall, and the GERB MPs did not vote on the draft decision.

After a break and a sitting of the Council of parliamentary parties' chairmen the decision was finally approved.
