That was decidec by the Constitutional court on Tuesday
The Minister of Justice is allowed to make a proposal to the Supreme Judicial Council for the early release of the Prosecutor General and the chairmen of the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court from their posts. That was decided by Bulgaria's Constitutional court on Tuesday.
The decision was adopted unanimously, as 10 magistrates voted in favor.
