The active cases of the infection are now 10 640

A total of 288 new coronavirus cases out of 1,651 tests performed have been registered in Bulgaria on Saturday. 

The active cases of the infection are now 10 640. The number of patients being treated in hospitals is  616, as 49 of the patients are in intensive care wards.

One patient with established coronavirus died yesterday. 99 more recoveries have been registered.

The health authorities administered 171 doses of the vaccines against COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
