There will be heavy snowfall with snow cover between 5 and 15 centimetres
The National Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) has issued an orange warning for 14 administrative regions and a yellow warning for the remaining 14 administrative regions for January 20 on account of the difficult winter situation, it emerged from the Institute's website on Friday.
There will be heavy snowfall with snow cover between 5 and 15 centimetres, in mountainous areas - up to 25-30 centimetres. There will also be a sharp drop in temperatures accompanied by moderate winds, with blizzard conditions.
NIMH also issued a warning for strong winds along the coast for Saturday. The northerly wind will reach gusts up to 15-20 meters per second.
