Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev is to start the consultations with parliamentary groups to form a government on Monday, April 19. That was announced by Radev himself at the first session of the 45th National Assembly.

"If all of the parties and coalitions in the Parliament fail to deliver a cabinet, I will fulfill my constitutional obligations and will appoint a caretaker one," Radev assured.
