Bulgaria’s caretaker cabinet has dismissed all district governors, in order to ensure fair early elections and curb vote buying, announced the government’s spokesperson Anton Kutev.
The cabinet has already appointed new governors in most Bulgarian districts. It has not yet appointed district governors in four districts where the current deputy district governors will be temporarily in charge.
