Ludogorets were declared football champions of the Bulgarian efbet League for the ninth year in a row. The team from Razgrad beat Beroe 2-1 on Sunday winning the title with 4 matchdays left in the league.
Ludogorets took an unassailable 14-point lead over CSKA Sofia who drew 3-3 with city rivals Levski on Saturday.
"Congratulations to all in Ludogorets! Team's success is due to the devoted work of all people in the club! From now on our aim is to become stronger", club's owner Kiril Domuschiev wrote on Faceboon after the game against Beroe.
