Your Face Sounds Familiar Broke Three Records

NOVA kicked off the spring television season last night with "Sun Season" of the hit format "Your Face Sounds Familiar." The show was the undisputed preference of viewers in the active age group (18-59), as indicated by official people metric data with an audience share of 51.5%. This marks the strongest season premiere in the history of the show in Bulgaria. A retrospective of all primetime entertainment launches on NOVA reveals that this episode also set an absolute record for audience share over the last 15 years.

In addition to the large audience for a television format, the first episode of "Your Face Sounds Familiar" significantly outperformed its competitors. With a difference of more than five times in the same age group compared to the second TV station in the ranking, the premiere episode of the hit show for celebrity transformations is NOVA's prime-time entertainment program, which recorded the largest lead over the second television station in the channel's entire history.

The total number of unique votes for the winner in the NOVA PLAY mobile app in just 30 minutes exceeded 65,000, which is significantly more than last year.

"Your Face Sounds Familiar" also generated strong interest on the internet. NOVA's platforms recorded over 55,000 live views on nova.bg and NOVA PLAY. In just one day, Facebook posts were viewed 6.5 million times (1.5 million more than last year), and Instagram recorded over 1.1 million views. Within hours, the content reached over 900,000 users, and the show's official pages recorded over 520,000 visits.

Tonight, another hit primetime format returns to NOVA with a hot new season – Hell’s Kitchen. At 8:00 PM, the new contenders for Chef Viktor Angelov’s approval and the title of 'Bulgaria’s Best Chef' will finally be revealed.
