The prosecution office in the southern town of Stara Zagora has pressed charges against the driver of a Serbian bus that had an accident on Trakia Motorway in Sunday evening as it was taking some 50 Serbian children back home from the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The man is charged with negligently causing the accident, the prosecution service said.
Twelve children and two adults were injured in the accident. No lives were lost.

He has been remanded for 72 hours awaiting a court warrant for a longer arrest.
