The competition is being held for the 16th consecutive year

Lora Indzhova won the Grand Prize for Television Journalism at the competition in St. Vlas.

The 16th edition of the "Sveti Vlas" Television Journalism Awards opened on Saturday in the resort town of Sveti Vlas. The competition in the seaside town was established on March 10, 2011, by the "Circle 11" association, which included: Ivan Garelov, Prof. Ivaylo Znepolski, Petko Bocharov, Pavel Vasev, Jimmy Naydenov, Koprinka Chervenkova, Antoni Georgiev, Stefan Dimitrov, Lyuben Dilov Jr., Georgi Tenev and Georgi Lozanov.

From among its members, a five-person jury is formed each year, guided by criteria such as competence, communication skills, civic courage, personal style and public impact, while striving to support a balance between public and commercial interests in the editorial policies of Bulgarian media service providers
