"Progressive Bulgaria" wins the election; GERB-SDS is the second political force

Bulgaria has cast its votes for the 52nd National Assembly. With 100% of the ballots counted, data from the Central Election Commission show that the new parliament will have five parties. In first place, with a significant lead, is Rumen Radev’s “Progressive Bulgaria” party, with 44.594%.

The other parties entering the 52nd National Assembly are GERB-SDS with 13.387%, PP-DB with 12.618%, DPS with 7.12%, and "Vazrazhdane" with 4.257% of the vote.

Below the 4% threshold are MECH with 3.225%, "Velichie" with 3.104%, "BSP-United Left" with 3.017%, and "Siyanie," which received 2.887% of the votes cast.
